Stockholm Continental - Continental Apartments

Commissioned by leading European construction group Strabag and Swedish real estate developer Jernhusen and in collaboration with our friends at Hultman Part Vogt, we have been selected to design high-end apartments on the four top floors of Stockholm Continental, the 19-storey building between Klara Kyrka and Stockholm Central Station which will be the main entrance to Stockholm’s new Citybanan train-line. The building by 3XN will soon be out of the ground so we have to draw quickly over the coming months to keep ahead of the construction work. The apartments will have terraces and roof-top gardens with stunning views over the city. So after years of working on projects closer to the ground – now the sky is the limit!
