Winning entry for the land allocation competition in Gamla Uppsala

Uppsala municipality recently announced the winner of the land allocation competition for new compact apartments in Gamla Uppsala, Uppsala Nyby.  The winning entry is the concept and masterplan designed by Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter together with Junior Living. The jury praised the proposal for the well-handled design of simple structures and the balanced relationship created between the new buildings and the surrounding park and streets.
